2026 Lunar New Year Shipping Notice

1. Backorder & Ready Stock Items

All backorder items require 21–30 working days for production and shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If you wish to receive your order before Lunar New Year (17 February 2026),
We strongly recommend placing your order early.
Backorder items placed closer to February cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Lunar New Year.

Ready Stock items are excluded and will be shipped within 2–10 days after ordering.

Please note: 

We do not accept urgent orders or requests for delivery by a specific date.

During the Lunar New Year period, local courier services may experience high volume, which may cause delays. This is unavoidable.

2. Backorder Items Close Orders Date & Office Final Shipping Date

Backorder close orders date: 25 January 2026 (Sunday)
Office last shipping date before Lunar New Year: 13 February 2026 (Friday)

For backorder orders placed on 9 January 2026 - 25 January 2026,

we guarantee that orders will be shipped by our office final shipping date.

If any item within the same order is not available in time and cannot be shipped by the final shipping date,
we will issue a cash refund for that item only.
The remaining items in the order will be shipped as scheduled.

Please understand that we cannot process a full order refund due to a delay of a single item.

3. Backorder after 25 January 2026

Backorder orders will still be accepted after 25 January 2026.
Backorder placed after 25 January 2026 are not guaranteed to be shipped before Lunar New Year.

We will do our best to arrange shipping as quickly as possible.
Orders that cannot be shipped in time will be dispatched after Lunar New Year, with deliveries expected to begin from 4 March 2026 onwards, in order of processing.

4. Separate Orders for Ready Stock and Backorder Items

We recommend placing separate orders for Ready Stock items and Backorder items,
so that Ready Stock items can be received earlier, while Backorder items will be shipped separately as soon as possible.

If you request separate shipping for a single order, additional shipping fees will apply.
