Ready Stock Orders 現貨訂單
West Malaysia Free Shipping On Orders Over RM300.
- Ready Stock need 1-3 working days, not including weekend and public holiday.
- Ready Stock item first come first served, No reserved. (For Instagram Orders)
- On website, Ready Stock orders only will be reserve 6 hours. If after 6 hours orders not yet complete payment, Ready Stock orders will be automatic cancel.
Pre-order / Back-order 預售追加訂單
- Back-order/ Pre-order are taking 7-30 working days (Fast > 7-14 days , Slow > 7-30 days) Order will be shipped out at above working days after upon payment verification. Working days not including weekend and public holiday. No urgent order.
- Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items. Backorder/ Preorder item may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, item out of stock, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A store credit with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
- You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s). If order need ship separately, you may need to pay extra postage charges.

RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE 關於包裹退換
At Lstudio, we accept returns for the following reasons,
- An incorrect item

*Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the webstore.*
Customers must drop us an message within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. Please return the parcel within 1-3 working days, if more than 3 working days we will not accept the return parcel.
- We only responsible item exchange/return/refund are only valid from 7 days from when the items are shipped.
- We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.
Please note our terms for Return/ Exchange :
- After order was successful, we do not accept change, item/ size/ colour.
- Exchanges are only valid for an incorrect item (size and colour) . Exchanges are not valid for different designs, you may choose to submit a return for store credits instead.
- Exchanges are only valid from 7 days from when the items are shipped.

- We do not accept refund/ return/ exchange of Item fabric problem (fabric have some little dot/ black dot/ little pilling), Some different batch fabric colour/size will have a little bit difference.\

PARCEL SHIPPING INFO
- Website order(s) will showing "Unfulfilled" after completed payment,"Unfulfilled" it's meaning your order is not ready to delivery. After your parcel out of delivery, you will receive a email notice and your order will showing "Fulfilled"
- Our dispatch team will take 1-3 working days (ready stock) to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel following successful receipt of your order.
- Delivery timeframes across all options listed above are from 11am to 9pm daily exclusive of Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one non-successful attempt

- How long will items be reserved for after I receive my invoice
Upon checking out, your order will be reserved for you up till 24 hours. Automatically cancel the orders that are placed but the payment is not complete.
- What if my normal parcel is lost?
We will try our best to retrieve your parcel. However, we bear no responsibility for parcel sign by stranger at the correct address (location). If parcel lost on courier warehouse, we will trying our best to get back the claims (may not a full total amount).
- I have made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage fees and have the excess refunded?
We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
