  • Ready Stock need 1-3 working days, not including weekend and public holiday.

         現貨商品將會在1-3個工作日內發貨,不包括週末以及假日。


  • Ready Stock item first come first served, No reserved. (For Instagram Orders)

         現貨商品先匯款先得,不作任何保留。(對於Instagram下單的訂單)


  • On website, Ready Stock orders only will be reserve 6 hours. If after 6 hours orders not yet complete payment, Ready Stock orders will be automatic cancel.

         凡是在官網下單的現貨商品訂單,現貨只保留2小時。2小時後未完成匯款的訂單

         將會自動被取消,現貨商品將會釋出讓給其他需要的顧客 以示公正。




Pre-order / Back-order 預售追加訂單


  • Back-order/ Pre-order are taking 7-30 working days (Fast > 7-14 days , Slow > 7-30 days) Order will be shipped out at above working days after upon payment verification. Working days not including weekend and public holiday. No urgent order.

        預售追加商品需7-30個工作日內發貨,出貨快與慢在於部份商品可能工廠還在製作

        當中。訂單由完成款的日期開始計算,發貨日不包括週末以及假日。出貨日將依

        工廠製作狀況、貨物配送等概估天數而變動,如有提早到貨將會提早出貨,

        還請留意。


  •  Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items. Backorder/ Preorder item may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, item out of stock, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A store credit with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.

  • If want to combined previous order to ship together, you may completed payment with your new order first and contact us tell us your pervious order(s) and new order(s) numbers "#LXXXXXX" on instagram direct message. We will return the extra postage to your store credit, There will strictly not be any cash refunds. (Only One Time)

         若需要併單一起發貨,新的訂單完成付款後請告知客服您的新訂單編號,客服將會把

        新訂單的運費退還到您的官網戶口購物金裡,恕無任何現金退款(還請見諒!)此更

        改運費的操作只限一次。請恕無法多次更改運費。


  • We only accept Online Transfer/Bank-in, No Cash On Delivery (COD)

         預購訂單僅提供線上匯款,不提供貨到付款。


  • Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya area (Klang Valley), Grab Delivery / Lalamove only available on weekday Mon-Fri 12pm-4pm.

  • We do not accept combined order to get Free Shipping. Free Shipping for single receipt only.

RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE 關於包裹退換


At Lstudio, we accept returns for the following reasons,

      - An incorrect item

        Only valid for local order. (Malaysia)

*Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the webstore.*

Customers must drop us an message within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. Please return the parcel within 1-3 working days, if more than 3 working days we will not accept the return parcel.

     - We only responsible item exchange/return/refund are only valid from 7 days from when the items are shipped.

     - We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.


Please note our terms for Return/ Exchange :

 - After order was successful, we do not accept change, item/ size/ colour.
 - Exchanges are only valid for an incorrect item (size and colour) . Exchanges are not valid for different designs, you may choose to submit a return for store credits instead.
- Exchanges are only valid from 7 days from when the items are shipped.
- Only a one-time exchange is allowed.
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed and unworn condition.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and in resalable condition. 

-For return/exchange parcel, we only be responsible postage for using POSLAJU/ PGEON. Others express we are not responsible, customer need to self-pay.

- Some of item we will cut out the clothes label. (Don't place an order if you mind)

- We do not accept refund/ return/ exchange of Item fabric problem (fabric have some little dot/ black dot/ little pilling), Some different batch fabric colour/size will have a little bit difference.\

- We do not accept item exchange/refund after orders are successful.

- Different batch item pattern making may (measurement stated may vary 1cm-3cm).


關於退貨/退款/換貨等 本店只接受以下問題可退換

  •   發錯商品(款式/顏色/尺碼)

            顧客若收到錯誤的包裹商品,請務必在7天內通知我們要求換貨

         (7天換貨在於包裹被簽收後開始計算)若超時7天,我們將不接受任何退換。

  • 退換服務只限於馬來西亞地區訂單,海外訂單將無法退換。
  • 官網上都有提供清楚的商品尺寸表讓顧客參考 請先量好自己適合的尺寸來選尺碼
  • 本店將不接受要退換商品的原因是因商品尺寸不合身或穿了不好看等等的個人原因。
  • 關於退換商品,請確保商品包裝完整(吊牌/包裝袋)務必確保是完好的,若收到退貨的包裹商品包裝/吊牌不完整,本店有權拒絕退換。
  • 完成匯款後,我們將不接受退換/退款/換貨
  • 包裹可退換貨(原因只限於本店發錯商品/顏色/尺寸),其他原因一律不接受,退換貨只限僅一次,恕不接受多次退換
  • 退換包裹商品務必是完整全新的,若發現有明顯穿著痕跡;污漬/氣味/損壞,本店有權拒絕退換。
  • 發錯商品的包裹退換郵寄請選用Poslaju或Pgeon 這兩家快遞公司,我們將會把運費退還到購物金給您,若選用其他快遞公司運費我們將不負責。
  • 每批衣物製作過程人工/用量不同;顏色/尺寸 難免會有1-3cm的尺寸誤差/色差,此原因將無法退換,敬請諒解
  • 連線商品;連線廠那會把一部分的連線商品衣標剪掉,介意者請勿下單



以下情況本店將不再接受任何交易並拉黑處理:

  • 損壞衣物要求退換,有明顯穿著痕跡;污漬/氣味 即影響衣物二次銷售
  • 多次主觀原因要求退款/退貨/賠償(請理性購物)
  • 下單多次 下爽單超時未完成匯款,下單三次都未完成匯款的帳號一律拉黑處理

PARCEL SHIPPING INFO


Website order(s) will showing "Unfulfilled" after completed payment,"Unfulfilled" it's meaning your order is not ready to delivery. After your parcel out of delivery, you will receive a email notice and your order will showing "Fulfilled"

  1. Our dispatch team will take 1-3 working days (ready stock) to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel following successful receipt of your order.
  2. Delivery timeframes across all options listed above are from 11am to 9pm daily exclusive of Weekends or Public Holidays.
  3. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one non-successful attempt

FAQS

  • How long will items be reserved for after I receive my invoice

    Upon checking out, your order will be reserved for you up till 24 hours. Automatically cancel the orders that are placed but the payment is not complete.


  • What if my normal parcel is lost?

We will try our best to retrieve your parcel. However, we bear no responsibility for parcel sign by stranger at the correct address (location). If parcel lost on courier warehouse, we will trying our best to get back the claims (may not a full total amount).


  • I have made a few order transactions consecutively. Can I combine the postage fees and have the excess refunded?

    We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
    In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.


  • Does my item qualify for a return/exchange?
